Diamond slices are thin sections of rough diamonds that have been [usually] laser-cut into 2-3mm thick gemstones. We love the way that diamond slices embrace the natural imperfections and inclusions of the gemstone and have an organic, raw appeal. Traditionally faceted diamonds aim for clarity and sparkle whereas these fashioned slices have a much more subtle, understated sparkle.
Materials: the drop earrings are made of gold plated sterling silver and are set with diamonds.
Details: the earrings have a simple hook fixture and the total drop of the earrings is 1.5 cm. The diamonds are approximately 3 mm in diameter.
